OK so I can't remember much
that happened before Thursday besides a lot of hype for transfers and
stuff getting things in order and whatnot, but we still got work down so it was
good.
I got transferred to a
city called Castellammare which is a really beautiful city just south of Napoli
(Naples ) and on the coast, next to Vesuvius, and Pompeii. We are going to have
some great times and I'll probably have a lot of really cool pictures.
At Castellammare and
just the Napoli area in general you can't drink the water out of the tap but
they have random spickets of drinking water randomly around town so it's
cool.
I got to meet the
branch on Sunday and that was really fun, they have some really cool
members here and I can't wait to get to know them better it will be
great!! Also at an appointment one of the kids asked me to draw with him
and I asked him what to draw and he said Goku, so I did my best.
This Pday we were able
to go to Napoli and I got to see Anziani Wiggins and Daniels, and bunch of
other Anziani I haven't seen for a while that are serving here right now, so
that was super fun. We went to this place called Sotterranea which is this
underground city aqueduct thing that was also used as a bomb shelter and all
this stuff, for a part of the way we used candles to light the way so it just
made it that much cooler. We went through some tunnels that were only about
50cm wide with ceilings 7 meters high to only a meter and a half, it was crazy!
We also ate at one of
the best places in the world to get pizza, Sorbillo, it was one of the most
liquid pizzas ever but it was amazing, just like all the stories and legends I
heard while I was up north.
Lastly I just want to
say something small about the light of Christ. This is an influence that
affects everyone and if we let our light shine we can help others to see the
way and also help them to find their own light and make the world just a better
place for everyone.
You are all awesome!!
If anything crazy in your lives happen just let me know!
